The firm was originally founded in 2003 as Sherrow, Schrader & Sutherland, PSC , and adopted “tripleslaw”, representing the three S’, as it’s domain name in 2003. The firm name was changed to Sherrow, Sutherland & Associates, PSC in 2007 when John P. Schrader was elected as a Circuit Court judge but retained the use of “tripleslaw”.

The firm practices in Lexington, Kentucky and throughout Kentucky in the areas of Real Estate Law, Landlord-Tenant Law, Civil Litigation, Personal Injury and Wills and Estate Planning. We believe that every attorney-client relationship is important, regardless of the nature of the case. Billy graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 1965, with a degree in accounting and from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1972.

 

 

Stephen L. Marshall

 

Stephen graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1996, magna cum laude. He received his J.D. from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 2003.

 

 

Matthew D. Henderson

 

Matthew D. Henderson is a native of Lexington, Kentucky. He attended the University of Kentucky College of Law and graduated in 2008.
